100% Chardonnay Grapes
A vintage Blanc de Blancs obtained from the best chardonnay grapes grown at the family estate.
The 2011 Trento Metodo Classico Perlé Brut is aged in bottle for seven years. This wine shows an elegantly compact and firm approach that reflects the crisp and citrusy nature of Chardonnay grown in a cool mountain climate such as this. Robert Parker 94 Pts

The Guado al Tasso estate is located in the small but prestigious Bolgheri DOC appellation on the coast of Upper Maremma,about one hundred kilometers southwest of Florence.
From the Sicilia Region
Planeta Cerasuolo di Vittoria
60 % Nero d’ Avola and 40% Frappato Grapes
The name of the only DOCG in Sicily comes from ‘Cerasa’, cherry in Sicilian dialect. It is produced from the indigenous varieties Nero d’Avola and Frappato. A unique wine, recognisable and unforgettable for its youthful flavours and aromas of cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, due to the particular soil and climate in which the grapes are cultivated.

100% Nero d’ Avola Grapes
The 2015 Noto Santa Cecilia shows a new change of clothes with this vintage. The aromas are bright and buoyant with ruby cherry followed by crème de cassis and dried cranberry. I love the way those perfumes caress and embrace the senses. This new and beautiful vintage of Santa Cecilia opens a new chapter, and I can’t wait to try future releases.
