Ferrari Brut,Trentino
100% Chardonnay Grapes
Made in the traditional method, A fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate scent of yeast, deriving from 20 months’ ageing in bottle.
Planeta Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay
A pure expression of Chardonnay executed in a beautifully Burgundian style, complete with a sunny Sicilian twist. Plenty of wood spices, vanilla and praline here with lemon rind and ripe pineapples. Bright and creamy on the palate with a full body and flavorful, zesty finish. James Suckling 92pts
Barbaresco Reyna , Michelle Chiarello
100% Nebbiolo grapes
Barbaresco is known as the queen of Italian wine. The vineyards of Reyna lie on steep hillsides in Barbaresco and Neive, facing southeast and southwest. The soil is bluish-grey calcareous clay marl with good presence of microelements, with more sand in the Barbaresco vineyard. Grapes are harvested an average of 10 to 15 days later than normal, resulting in extremely rich musts high in sugar and lower in acidity. Temperature controlled fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 18 months in large casks of French Allier and Slavonian oak followed by aging in bottle.
Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore “Catullo”
70% Corvina Veronese, 20%Corvinone, 10% Rondinella
Gentle spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate and the typical notes of cherry, black cherry and white pepper. WS 91Pts
Cotarella Super Tuscan “Sodale”
100% Merlot
Sodale is deep red in color with purplish hues. On the nose aromatic notes of red fruit and sweet spices are in perfect harmony with woody vanilla notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, harmonious and pleasant with a lenghty balanced finish with polished, sweet tannins. The Cotarella family was especially attracted to the idea of making Merlot in Lazio thanks to the volcanic soils commonly found in this region. Since 2015, when they made their first vintage, the family has worked to hone in on the special qualities of these soils. 92 pts R Parker
